RA66 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Malaysian Players

1Eligibility & Minimum Age

The ra66 platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Ra66 takes seriously its responsibility to ensure the platform is not misused by ineligible parties, particularly those who are underage.

• Must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration and throughout your use of the ra66 platform.
• Is legally eligible to participate in betting activities under the laws of your place of residence.
• Register personally in your own name – registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibition order imposed by any regulatory body.

2Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ra66 at any time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is a violation of ra66's terms and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as stated on your identity document, an active email address, a valid Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth. Ra66 reserves the right to request proof of this information at any time.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and ra66 account login credentials.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Ra66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• All activity carried out through your account is considered your own unless you immediately report a security breach to the ra66 support team.
• Contact the ra66 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Ra66 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and no foreign payment methods are accepted. The following deposit methods are available on ra66:

• DuitNow – real-time transfers using phone number, IC number, or business account number
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) – including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other banks that support FPX
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – the most widely used digital wallet in Malaysia
• GrabPay – the digital wallet within the Grab app
• Boost – the Axiata digital wallet
• ShopeePay – Shopee's in-platform digital wallet

The minimum deposit is RM10 for all methods. Maximum daily deposit limits vary by method and your account verification level. ra66 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4Withdrawal of Winnings

Ra66 is committed to processing member withdrawal winnings quickly and efficiently. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method that has been registered and verified in your account.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within less than one hour for DuitNow and FPX during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals via digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay are processed within one to three hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional verification before they are processed.
• Ra66 reserves the right to repeat KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing large withdrawals.
• The first withdrawal from each account may take longer due to the initial verification process.

Ra66 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, ra66 will contact you via your registered email address to request additional verification.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Ra66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer, and those terms form part of these broader ra66 Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are valid for use within the ra66 platform only and cannot be transferred or redeemed directly for cash.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering (wagering requirements) that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements vary by bonus type — read the terms of each bonus carefully before claiming.
• The first deposit bonus can only be claimed once per new account.
• Ra66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse or the use of betting strategies intended to exploit promotions may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

6Sports Betting Rules

Ra66 offers a Sports Betting platform covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, UCL, and other international leagues), BWF badminton, cricket, NBA, tennis, MMA, and over 30 other sports. All betting on ra66 is subject to the following general rules:

• Minimum bet is RM2 and maximum bet limits vary by match, market, and the limits ra66 has set for that particular event.
• All bets confirmed by the ra66 system are final – no cancellations are permitted once a bet has been confirmed, except in the event of a clear technical error.
• If a match is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If the match exceeds 48 hours or is cancelled, all bets will be voided and returned.
• Ra66 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human error.
• In-play (live) bets are final once confirmed – ra66 is not liable for in-play betting outcomes made based on delayed information.
• In matches where the outcome is disputed by the relevant sports governing body, ra66 reserves the right to withhold payment until an official decision is announced.

7Casino Games & RNG

Ra66 offers online casino games including live baccarat, slots, roulette, blackjack, and more. All casino games on ra66 use technology that guarantees genuine fairness and randomness in every game outcome.

• Slot games and RNG-based games use Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been certified by independent testing bodies to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.

• The outcomes of all casino games are final and cannot be contested unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable system technical failure.

• Ra66 may share necessary data with payment service providers to process your transactions, and with relevant authorities to comply with applicable legal requirements.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.

9Prohibited Conduct

The ra66 platform is strictly for legitimate entertainment purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Any attempt to use ra66 for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Coordinated Betting: Collaborating with other players to exploit markets or manipulate betting outcomes.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play or place bets on ra66 without written authorisation.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account to gain an unfair advantage in bonus claims or for any other purpose.
• False Identity: Providing false personal identification or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting errors or technical disruptions on the ra66 system to gain an unfair advantage.

10Account Closure & Termination

You may close your ra66 account at any time by contacting the ra66 customer support team via live chat or email. Ra66 will process the closure request within 48 hours, and any eligible balance will be returned to you via the payment method used.

Ra66 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these ra66 Terms & Conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by players through ra66's responsible gaming programme.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, ra66 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms a serious breach, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part.

11RA66 Liability Limits

Ra66 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and will endeavour to ensure it operates smoothly at all times. However, as with any technology system, technical disruptions may occasionally occur.

• Ra66 is not liable for losses arising from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or factors beyond ra66's control.
• Ra66 is not responsible for betting decisions made based on information from external sources that may be inaccurate or delayed.
• Ra66's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the disputed incident.
• Ra66 makes no guarantees regarding profits or returns from any betting or casino gaming activity on this platform.

Betting involves the risk of financial loss. Ra66 reminds all members that no betting method or strategy can guarantee winnings. Please only bet with money you can afford to lose.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Ra66 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page, unless otherwise stated.

• Ra66 will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via email or in-platform notifications.
• As a ra66 member, it is your responsibility to periodically review the latest Terms & Conditions.
• Continued use of the ra66 platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect and withdraw any remaining balance.
